While I had an initial positive impression, even before my appt, it was wildly better than I could’ve imagined. The office is so beautiful, and everyone that I interacted with was so kind. I initially went to Dr. Wright for a braces consultation way back in 2004 on Valentine's Day and I remember them giving single roses and chocolate candy to all the patients. Everyone was so kind and welcoming that I decided I would go back to have my treatment done when I could afford it. I finally went back in 2021 when I had better insurance coverage and could no longer deal with being self conscious about my smile. Obviously there were some changes in the staff, but one thing that has remained the same is the kindness and warmth I'm greeted with by every single person I encounter. Dr. Wright and I decided that I was a better candidate for Invisalign than I was for traditional braces, so that's what I went with. He asked me to give him 18 months of staying disciplined in my treatment (I had to wear the trays for 22 hours a day) and made a promise that if I followed his instructions, he would help me get a smile I could be proud of. He did just that! I'm done with my treatment and I am so happy I returned to Dr. Wright all these years later. Every patient is treated like a priority and I don't think I would have a had a more satisfactory experience anywhere else. I can call the office with any type of concern and they take it seriously and act with urgency. Thank you to Dr. Wright and his entire staff for being the amazing souls that they are!

Last year I realized that I was going to need the services of an orthodontist. I wanted to find the best doctor *and* the best price. I had consultations with three of the most highly recommended orthodontists in the Decatur area. While all were clearly excellent, one stood out. Why? His price blew the others out of the water. I chose "Invisalign" orthodontic appliances. The orthodontist contracts with the Invisalign company to purchase the appliances; thus any ortho pays the exact same price for them. They then pass the cost to the consumer with (hopefully) a reasonable markup. I understood this concept; therefore, I was astounded at the range of prices I was quoted. My choice-- and my hearty recommendation-- is Dr. Marc Wright. His price bested the next guy by almost $1000. Dr. Wright gets bonus points because he has hired a young refugee who I just happened to know from another connection. Great orthodontist-- great price-- and a heart of gold. ps. Oh, and after 6 months I am already seeing remarkable improvement in my "smile"!!
